Our flagship company, “Cosmos Real Estate”, has been in the business of providing Property solutions for both commercial and residential premises. Cosmos Service Apartments is a step further of our many years into the Real estate business.
We have and continue to manage property requirements for several well-known corporate from the last 12 years in Pune.
We have seen, increasingly, in the recent years, the preference for the “Home environment” concept in transit accommodation amongst many corporate and individuals. Understandably, this atmosphere is especially appealing to those who travel very often, and those who need to stay for long periods in transit for projects.
Based on the research and requirements from many of our clients, and to cater to this growing need we hereby have launched our set of service apartments under the name of Cosmos service apartments.

The Long-term Corporate tie-up – Wherein, the client can block required. no. of rooms for several days/weeks/months in advance. The accommodation is available as agreed, on any day within that period, to the authorized executives of the company. The company and Cosmos service apartments will enter into an exclusive & mutually beneficial commercial arrangement as required. .
