Our
flagship company, “Insight Property services" has been in the business of
providing Property solutions for both commercial and residential
premises. Insight Property services is a step further of our many years
into the Real estate business.
We have and
continue to manage property requirements for several well-known
corporate from the last 12 years in Pune.
We have seen, increasingly, in the recent years, the preference for the
“Home environment” concept in transit accommodation amongst many
corporate and individuals. Understandably, this atmosphere is
especially appealing to those who travel very often, and those who need
to stay for long periods in transit for projects.
Based on the research and requirements from many of our clients, and to
cater to this growing need we hereby have launched our set of service
apartments under the name of Cosmos Service Apartments.
We believe in providing you and your guests a conveniently located,
pleasant, comfortable, safe and home-like ambience. As a company, we
make you hassle free from investment in the place, infrastructure or
management, with the benefit of facility and service.
Besides functioning on the regular need based booking system, we also offer to our corporate clients,

accommodation is available as agreed, on any day within that period, to
